This Return and Refund Policy apply to all products sold by I Love Gadgets. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

I Love Gadgets does not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you decide you no longer want the product. Customers are responsible for checking product specifications and suitability before purchase. All products include a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to faults caused by manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, tampering, or normal wear and tear occurring after purchase.

If you believe a product is defective, you must lodge a refund or warranty claim by returning the product to our store with valid proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, together with the original packaging box, accessories, manuals, and any included components. Items returned without original packaging or in damaged or incomplete condition may not be eligible for refund or replacement unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All returned products will be inspected and investigated by management to determine whether the issue is due to a genuine manufacturing defect. If the investigation confirms a manufacturing defect, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the fault. If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, the claim may be declined and the product returned to you.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items including screen protectors, tempered glass, earphones, and wearable accessories may not be eligible for return unless faulty at the time of purchase.

I Love Gadgets reserves the right to refuse a claim where the product shows signs of misuse, physical damage, unauthorised repair, tampering, or failure to follow product instructions.
