Fast and knowledgeable. I took in two computers. My 5yo Macbook needed a new battery, ordered and arrived within one day. Took less than an hour for service, including cleaning the motherboard, fan, and screen for me. Also had 14 yo's HP notebook with a glitching screen that wouldn't load anything, fixed up within an hour, and almost like new! Very pleased and won't hesitate to come back again. Great to have a Winton-based tech pro!
