Repair and Purchase Warranty: All repairs include a 30-day warranty. Product purchases include a 48-hour warranty. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your device experiences any functional issues within the warranty period, return it to us for prompt resolution.

Accidental Damage: Accidental damage, such as water, physical, or pressure damage, will not be covered under warranty under any circumstances. We offer protective accessories like cases and screen protectors to help safeguard your device.

Cosmetic Changes: Minor cosmetic alterations may occur during repairs. These changes are not covered under warranty.

Water Damage Repairs: Repairs for water-damaged devices are not covered under warranty.
Replacement Parts: We use high-quality third-party replacement parts for repairs.
Pre-existing Damage: I Love Gadgets is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or missing parts in your device.

Data Backup: Please back up your data before handing over your device for repair. I Love Gadgets is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

Waterproofing: Devices repaired by us will no longer be waterproof.
​
Original/Faulty Parts: If you wish to retain your original or faulty parts, please inform us before the repair begins.

Battery Warranty: We do not provide guarantee on battery life duration and functionality.
Unclaimed Devices: Devices not collected within 30 days of repair may be disposed of by I Love Gadgets. The store holds the right to dispose of unclaimed devices after this period.

Sales and Exchanges: All sales are final. Any exchanges for items in original condition with a receipt are allowed within 2 days. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable; otherwise, store credit or a gift voucher will be provided.

No Warranty on Certain Items: Glass protectors and waterproof cases are not covered under warranty.
Behavioural Policy: No rude behaviour or threatening of staff will be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such incidents. The police will be informed immediately for any such behaviour.
Customer Responsibilities: Please read this policy document carefully and accept terms specified. By handing over your device for repair, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. Before taking the device, please confirm and ensure everything is working fine. It is the customer's responsibility to check and verify the repair job. If unsatisfied with the job, ask staff to fill out a claim form to get the issue resolved to your satisfaction.
